"I have only the highest praise for all the staff"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I was admitted to have the battery in my pacemaker replaced and could not have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable team to carry out this procedure.

For the moment I turned up to my discharge I was treated with the utmost  care and respect.

I was kept informed of what to expect and the approximate time I would be in theatre and what would happen when I was in there by the ward nurses and the doctor and I can honestly say that everything went as described.

And the theatre staff were as kind and caring as well explaining as we went along what was happening.

I have only the highest praise for all the staff that were involved in my stay and would like to thank them all for a stress free experience.
