Kay was very helpful, reassuring and had a real friendly approach when I visited her clinic in East Leake numerous times over the last year. I really liked that she also used her own lived experience when validating how I was feeling, which helped an embarrassing subject feel really comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice, as well as being very thorough in her investigations. During an invasive examination, she was very supportive and did a great job in helping me to feel safe by explaining everything she was about to do before she did it and checking in with me that I was okay.
