I did an online consultation to see a Dr, I was only offered a ring back for 2 weeks later. On that day, I had my phone with me, and I got a text from the Dr saying, that I had the same symptoms as 3 years earlier and didn't really need a blood test, but he was happy to authorise one.
I wanted to speak to him to say all symptoms I had and to talk about it, but no!! I have been let down. This was a really good practice, but now you can't get to see the Dr let alone speak to them. When I have been in the surgery, there is no-one in there!! Where are the people that you say you are looking after, because its not me when I need it, nor my husband when he needs it!
Feeling very let down and very disappointed with the whole system. What happened to the day you could turn up, take a ticket and wait, this was more of a system, plus you did home visits of the elderly. Such a shame this system is totally broken.
