About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Out of Hours Forth Valley Royal Hospital with an ongoing liver issue who quickly assessed me and admitted me to the Clinical Assessment Unit. I was in for one night over the weekend

Honestly from the 111 call handlers, through to the Out of Hours service, the tall friendly porter, to the nurses of CAU, the cleaners, catering staff and doctors I had an excellent experience.

Special mentions please for Nurses Eilidh, Trish and Karina who were my main carers and Catherine who kept my morale high with food and drink with a smile!

Thank you to everyone!
