About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

I was at a very low point and suicide was the only option but Louise and the team were very helpful. Not just with my mental health but with everything including physical and social. I can not thank Louise and the team enough.

It sounds like you were going through a really difficult time however, I am glad that at this point, you decided to reach out for support and refer yourself. This is a huge first step that you should be proud of yourself for.

It is amazing to hear that your hard work, alongside the support of Louise and the team, has led to you feeling supported with your mental health as well as physically and with social elements of your life. I am glad to hear that you found therapy helpful, I will pass on your kind words to Louise.
