Having been told that physio program was essential for my recovery, I was astounded at how poor the service was.
All I was told was keep doing the exercises the hospital had provided. No hands on, demonstration of suitable exercises or even explaining the mechanics of what was good for me. I even felt that this physio had a very patronising manner. Just what is the value added of this service? Extremely poor and worrying.
In the end I have bought private physio. What a difference!
