"The team exuded warmth, care and humour"

I was in for day surgery on my shoulder. I was cared for from arrival to departure with no potential need overlooked. From the start and without exception, the team exuded warmth, care and humour that gave me every confidence for what lay ahead. Beyond my own personal experience, I perceived a well structured and organised team that supported each other, got on well together and looked out for each other. I don't for as minute think that it was as easy as it was made to look and all concerned were a credit to themselves and the hospital. Heartfelt thanks!
