"Good Practice However."

I have joined this Practice since 2006-7 I think it’s a good practice where you can feel comfortable attending , however my last two visits I was tearful going home . I felt like the doctor had no empathy, I had serious concerns about my health ( and in my opinion I felt like he think what I said wasn’t happening, I could be wrong but that’s what I believed) it so happened that I saw this doctor two weeks before but unfortunately I had two issues and they couldn’t be addressed in one session , and he behaved as if he was seeing me for the first time , all I am saying is he could have said how are you today or be more welcoming on a professional level. I don’t know if anything can be done at reception as you have to sit there and listen to what’s your date of birth, what’s the problem and other confidential information given , I had to go to reception and I wrote my name and DOB on a piece of paper and hand to the receptionist.
