(as the patient),

Attended Perth Royal Infirmary today for a colonoscopy and having had one previously I was dreading it. 

What a great team, the service was outstanding from the minute I arrived. The whole unit worked as a team and everything was clearly explained. 

The before care, the procedure itself and the after care was excellent, the unit was spotless and everyone had a smile for me. 

I can't praise them highly enough and they deserve a huge thank you from everyone for not just doing their jobs but doing them with care and excellence.
