My daughter went to Delapre medical centre this morning with her 22 month old baby boy with a badly infected toe and was told no appointments at all and to ring 111 she rang 111 and was advised to go to A n E she did this and was waiting several hours at the hospital he needed antibiotics and was prescribed them it cost her £6 parking fees I cannot believe that they didn’t have a five minute appointment for a doctor to take a look at his toe and saved my daughter and her baby a stressful morning at the hospital ps she was advised by the local pharmacist to see a doctor
