Arrived at PR I for a pre assessment, was taken straight away and dealt with  by Diane.  Diane was lovely made me feel at ease and the whole process was efficient  and quick.

I will ensure your feedback is shared with Diane, she is a great asset to our team. Being the only health care support worker, it can be a difficult role but she is very professional, friendly and efficient.
