"Worth their weight in gold"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My mum was admitted to ED with a flu like illness. She was given exceptional care by all the staff in ED.

One of the newly qualified nurses, Teagan, was a fantastic caring nurse. My mum loved the fact she was addressed by her name and Teagan made her feel as if she was her only patient. Teagan is a asset to the Trust as she was so passionate about her patients care and absolutely loved her job which really shone threw even after 13 hr shifts.

ED was very busy and lots on trollies , chairs but the staff were so pleasant and nothing was a bother to them. They are all worth their weight in gold and should be rewarded for their excellence.
