About: Adult Health Services / Podiatry

(as a service user),

I was given a short notice appointment and despite having to travel some distance from my home, I would definitely travel this distance again.

On arrival at the front reception desk we were met by staff who were very pleasant, helpful and informative. 

The Podiatry staff member was very professional, giving full explanation of treatment and relevant advice, allowing time for me to ask any questions I had about the procedure. 

There is a really good vibe about the centre. 

I observed staff being very professional, helpful, respectful and considerate to service users within the centre during my time in the waiting area.

I honestly could not find fault in my experience of using your service today.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback to us on your recent experiences when you visited Greenock Health and Care Centre. As Chief Nurse for Inverclyde HSCP it is great to hear that from arrival at reception, staff were helpful and that you witnessed professional care for yourself and others during your visit.

I have passed your feedback on to our Podiatry Team Lead and wider team members including reception staff. Our staff work hard to support all service users and it is always nice for them to receive feedback on their care and treatment, so we do really appreciate this.
