Over the last 6 months I’ve attended 6 plus appointments letting me know I would really benefit from their pain management program. Each time I book another appointment with the promise of it starting, it ends up being another assessment to see if I would benefit from the program. I am beyond exhausted with the process. You are messing about with someone who is in pain promising to help them and then failing them without any real explanation. This is failure on so many levels. It’s such a waste of resources which the NHS cannot afford.

Firstly, my apologies for the delay in responding to your comment.

I am so sorry that you had such a poor experience and fully appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.

Sadly, I cannot comment about patient specific details around care and treatment without investigating the issues you have raised.

Once we receive your complaint, we will undertake an investigation and respond directly to you. We use all complaints and feedback to improve the service future patients receive.
