About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Acute assessment unit

(as a relative),

I want to praise the staff within AAU in Forth Valley Royal Hospital. My mother was an inpatient recently and the care she received was exceptional. Everyone she/we encountered was kind, patient and understanding. The busy nature of the ward seemed overwhelming to watch at points but the nurses/assistants/domestics still made the time for their patients. 

I want to mention the Nurse in Charge, Rachael for her kindness in speaking with us and mum regarding her ongoing care. She was professional and friendly while being pulled in several different directions. 

A huge thank you to all the staff!
