About: Crosshouse Hospital / High Dependency Unit

(as a relative),

During my dad's time on ward 4F HDU in Crosshouse, the care given to him was exceptional by all members of staff. In particular Nurse Paul, he spent time explaining everything to us and built up a fantastic rapport with my dad and with us as concerned family members. His reading of the room and making us feel at ease was very comforting. I cannot thank him enough for his time and efforts in looking after my dad and us.

Many thanks for taking the time to post your lovely comments on Care Opinion about your recent experience of the care given to your Dad at MHDU 4F in University Hospital Crosshouse.

We work hard to ensure that as a team all the staff are supportive to not only patients but also their families.
