"Still dont know where i stand"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / General surgery

(as the patient),

Recently saw a consultant. Waiting for ultra sound appointment and biopsy appointment. Spent over an hour on hold and passed around to 3 different departments to find out if my appointments have been sorted for me. Never got through to anyone. Very stressful and worrying time. Where is the care and help for patients?

I am so sorry that you have had such a difficult time trying to contact the departments to find out about your appointments.
