I needed to see a physiotherapist and I was asked what language the visit would be in. I said it was in Polish and after a few days I went to see a doctor who didn't speak Polish. It wasn't a problem because I know English well, but I don't know the names of the diseases and that's I wanted to name some technical matters in my native language. I used an interpreter to support me, but the doctor still didn't understand the translation. So I started naming diseases in Latin because I thought it would be simple enough, but it wasn't.

The only thing the physiotherapist could do was give me a referral for an X-ray.

I believe that you employ uneducated peopl, which may pose a risk to the patient's health.

Also the reception is disquieting
