(as a relative),

We recently saw Dr Somerville at Inverkeithing Medical Group to discuss my mum's recent blood results.

He was very kind, caring and explained everything thoroughly to mum and also discussed future tests and treatments.

He took his time with my mum who is very frail. We didn't feel rushed and she thought he was lovely and felt very comfortable in the consultation.

We would like to thank him for fully explaining everything for mum to understand and the follow-up call to myself as promised regarding further repeat bloods and future appointments.

He is definitely an asset to the practice.
