Recently attended the vaccination centre in Dundee and it was so well organised and the staff were very friendly and efficient from the reception to the nurses 

Special mention to Ellie the vaccinator who was so lovely.

thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback on the changes we have made within the Dundee vaccination centre. I am glad to hear that you have found it a positive experience which the team will be heartened to hear.

It will also be a delight to share the individual praise with Ellie, who is indeed a lovely member of the team, I'm very lucky to have her.
