"I really was impressed by how professional and kind they were"

About: Adult Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

I took part in the CMP in Derry in order to tackle my anxiety and depression which had been impacting my life negatively for some time.

At first I had some trepidation but the staff made me feel comfortable and tailored the programme to suit me and my condition and over time I began to see the positive results.

I really was impressed by how professional and kind they were and how hope was restored through the guidance and training I received.

I am in a much better place now and that is in large part down to the team and their efforts to see me reach my goals and enjoy life once again.

I cannot thank them enough for that and for giving me the ladder to climb back up.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent experience with the Condition Management Programme (CMP). As CMP Coordinator it is good to learn that the staff enabled you to feel comfortable and tailored the programme to suit your needs.

The Team will be delighted to hear that through the guidance and intervention they provided they helped you manage your anxiety and depression and accomplish your goals, allowing you to enjoy life again.

By sharing your story and showing your appreciation of the service provided by the CMP Team, it will no doubt inspire them to continue to demonstrate professionalism and kindness to those who may participate in the in future. It may also inspire someone who suffers from anxiety and depression and who would like help to accomplish their goals and make progression towards work to approach the CMP service.
