Recently went with my Nanny to 9 North in BCH for a simple day procedure. The team working in the ward were wonderful. The Ward Sister and the nurses who looked after my nanny were so kind and friendly, and took exceptional care of her. My nanny made great compliments to the medical team also. Thank you to everyone in 9 North, you’re a fantastic team and an absolute credit to the trust.
