"Rubbish practice - unprofessional staff! "

Attending here with my mum to be seen. Arrived at 7:45. Before my mum could even tell them the problem she had been having they straight away said your not going to be seen as we shut in 10 mins which it states on website it shuts at 8 so regardless If you were there 15 mins with no one else in the services should still be ongoing due to being there before 8!

Absolutely appalling behaviour from all the staff in the walk in centre just because they want to get home! Immediately refusing her treatment before they even knew what it was she was attending for!

I will be ringing the office tomorrow and having a word with the manager! Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional staff you have working on the counter!
