I've always had a bit of a fear when it comes to getting blood tests done. The mere thought of needles and blood can make me feel queasy and anxious. But this time was different.
Phoebe had a calming presence about her and she engaged me in light conversation, distracting me from my worries. Before I knew it, she had already finished collecting the sample. I was surprised at how quick and painless the process was.
Walking out of the clinic that day, I couldn't help but feel grateful for Phoebe's kindness and professionalism. Thanks to her, what used to be a dreaded experience turned out to be surprisingly pleasant.
