Kerry, first of all thank you so much for the call earlier, I really think it got me looking at other reasons for my problem at the moment. You are a miracle worker, I haven’t been this determined to stop before.
I will buy a couple of beers tonight and sip them at a slow rate, I will do this for a couple of days until maybe 2 cans or so by the end of the week. Then if not feeling too well in the night just sip a little of one can. It sounds like a sensible way to cut down.
Planning a meal of steak, some greens and eggs shortly after work, I’m sure that will help!
Like I say, I honestly appreciate your help earlier, it’s given a different view on helping tackle the problem, an AA meeting, doctor well-being appointment and some chats with a close friend haven’t come close to what you’ve offered.
