"Professionalism, care, concern and treatment"

About: Outpatient Department / Outpatient Orthopaedic Clinic

(as a service user),

I had an operation on both my hands, 5 months apart. I was 100% happy from start to finish, including all departments I had to see, from pre-theatre, anaesthetics, surgery, and OT afterward. 

The professionalism, care, concern, and treatment of the staff were very good. They were very efficient.

The team you have highlighted provide high quality surgical care and follow-up. I am genuinely pleased that you experienced high quality professional care from all staff involved.
