I recently had an appointment at the gynaecologist day surgery. Everyone was very helpful, I already knew during the data collection that I would receive very good care. Everything was explained in detail and the data and information were checked several times. They work very precisely and efficiently.

I was extremely nervous about the procedure, but everyone was very nice and professional. When the anaesthesia was administered, the guys were excellent because they manage to calm me down, that was fantastic job begun.

I slept in the operating room, the best rest I've experienced in the past weeks. When I woke up, everyone was very helpful, kind and did the work in a professional manner. I think I met the best gynaecologist doctor and her team in Glasgow.

They took me to the recovery room where the nurses continued their amazing job. I can thank them that all my pain and anxiety are gone.

Please continue your work.

This is one of the most crowded places in the NHS.

I wholeheartedly and respectfully praise the Day Surgery Unit in New Victoria Hospital.

I am delighted to read that your experience as a patient while in our care was a positive one. I am glad that we were able to help ease your anxiety surrounding your procedure. Some of the language you use to describe the care you received as – good care, amazing, reassuring and professional are all standards of care we try to emanate on a daily basis in our unit, so I am thankful that you felt these during your journey with us.
