About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I was referred to EPAU at Hull Royal infirmary early on in my pregnancy and I would like the staff to know how wonderful they are and what an incredible job they do.

I went into hospital with severe pain and ended up on Cedar ward on the  where I was told my HCG levels had significantly dropped and it was likely a spontaneous miscarriage. The nurse held my hand and offered support and the Dr was also caring and professional.

More recently I had to go in for a scan and the nurse Vicky, I would like her to know that she made a really difficult and sad day that little bit better. She is so caring and compassionate and I will never forget her kindness. You really are fantastic at your job, thank you.
