"Great practise experience"

I would like to share a recent experience at The Elms. I had an undiagnosed problem causing pain . I was given an appointment quickly . Reffered for an X Ray and then an MRI scan. No wait period. The 2 clinicians who reffered me were supportive gave me information of a plan so i felt hopeful for a good outcome. I have to be reffered to a specialist. It wasnt the best news. However my personal experience was excellent due to all the staff . Reception staff were helpful and kind. There is not enough positve praise for good practise. I would say they are working hard to improve the services and i feel lucky to have a caring team to support any issues i face going forward
