(as a service user),

When attending out of hours for cellulitis recently, I was treated exceptionally well by nurse Kerry.  Kerry had a lovely, warm welcoming smile and put me at ease straight away.  Kerry was so caring, empathetic and treated me with so much dedication and professionalism.  Kerry's, commitment and reassurance while caring for me is very much appreciated.  I will never forget your kindness. Thank you so much for everything!
