My experience in Cloughreagh has been great. When I first came in I was afraid to put my foot on the ground for fear of falling and  the pain was bad. In Cloughreagh the physio has built up my confidence and showed me what exercises to do and I have done them faithfully.  The staff have also got my pain under control and I will continue to take the pain medication I need when I go home.  Previously I didn't take it regularly because I didn't want to become dependent on the tablets.  I am so much happier now and I feel I will be able to manage at home for another while. 

The staff here at Cloughreagh were outstanding, press a button and they came to me straight away.  It was reassuring to know they were there. 
I feel so much better now and I'm looking forward to going home.  Thank you Cloughreagh.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience in Cloughreagh. We are always pleased to get feedback and build on this to improve our service.

I am delighted that you benefited so positively from the support and advice of the physiotherapy team and hopefully you will maintain your renewed confidence in yourself and continue to improve now that you are at home. Having an effective medication program is an important part of the rehabilitation process and if this is under the direction of your GP you should not be hesitant to take them.

I am pleased that the staff here were responsive and attended to your needs promptly. The staff aim to provide person centered care for each and every person who comes in and make this a positive experience for them. I will pass your comments on to the staff involved with your care.
