(as a service user),

My grandmother was admitted to ward 3A UHD and I just wanted to say a massive thankyou to all of the staff. The care she received was phenomenal, from every member of the AHP team. Dr Smith treated her with such kindness and compassion. Every single member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team went above and beyond their roles and nothing was of any bother. A truly great ward ran on great leadership and teamwork.

Thank you so much for taking the time to make us aware of how pleased you were of the care your Grandmother received on the ward. It is so lovely to hear your kind comments regarding the kind and compassionate care delivered by Dr Smith and all disciplinaries within the Ward 3A team. This has been shared with them all.
