Amazing skills, I felt no agony, a feeling that would be common every time I get bloods done. But he, the nurse, was do fast I didn't even have time to get anxious about it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the care you received through the Urgent Care Centre.

We are delighted that your experience has been a positive one. It is great to hear that something which is usually an unpleasant experience, was pain free. It is lovely to have the skill of the Health Care Assistant recognised also. We are so privileged to have a job where we can care for people and make a difference.
