"I felt I had been very well cared for"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I arrived early for a punch biopsy for a patch on my nose, and to my surprise I was called early. The staff who did the procedure were very kind, gently and friendly.

I scarcely felt anything and they explained carefully what I should do over the next days to look after the wound. I felt I had been very well cared for.
