I visited at the end of April to simply book a blood test for medication I am currently taking. I asked the receptionist if I could do this and she bluntly replied we haven’t got any, without checking my requested date.
I said I need one as the medication I’m taking requires me to have my liver function checked. So it’s quite important.
She huffed and puffed until finally agreeing to a day. Her attitude was awful and her patience was very fragile. I’m very disappointed by the way I have been treated today.
