(as a service user),

My child is feeling anxious about upcoming exam . I was able to get an on the day appointment . The Gp spoke compassionately and with empathy to my 17 Year old . Being aware that there is a fall out from Covid years and gave strategies to help talk about the feelings . Dr Gemma printed off resources to take home and gave an open door welcome back at any time . 

This is proof that all the negativity that surrounds GPS is not always true . We were triaged appropriately . Given time and a great service .
