New online triage system is not clear and obvious on how to book a triage appointment. This, I assume, will be a very frequently required feature and should be at the front and top of the website for the patient to easily find. I myself have tried to navigate the website for an hour and just found I ended up going around in circles. Not really reassuring for somebody who may be in a fog of poor health simply looking to report and seek treatment for an illness.
