I am a big fan of yours. You are a fantastic practice. When I hear of others experience I realise how lucky I am. The doctor who rang me yesterday was helpful, listened, understood and together we came to a satisfactory conclusion. I used your new total triage system which I found easy. And I felt cared for and looked after.
