"A&E was absolutely Heaving!"

About: Barnet Hospital

Arrived at 3.30pm to meet one of my sons who was in a cubicle in A&E Dept - the place was absolutely full, however ….

I was met by the most courteous and polite staff. Explanations of what was going on were given in an informative, honest and patient manner.

Doctor was amazing and Nurse in charge of a very busy department was patient and kind.

Could see they were all up against it - but couldnt fault them.
