"Physio Area"

I arrived to a receptionist who was surly and unfriendly casually dressed to me it looked unprofessional, Then Beckoned to go through doors to the end. Doors was locked so sat around on these chairs I came across A dark miserable waiting room with noisy work going on lights out everywhere, unfriendly staff going in and out of rooms, going about there business chatting to each other, no eye contact, apart from one in a white uniform who was interactive and helpful, Although no one else sat in waiting area , I was made to wait till my appointment time. Then asked lots of personal in-depth questions and informed nothing much they can do just ask your doctor for pain relief, no miracle cure Asked to lie down on a bed with a deep yellow coloured pillow no paper protector and it was cold, with a strong smell of food in the dept

The young lady was extremely nice and kind but an obviously a novice who needed to go ask for further advice from her colleague

For a relatively new building it’s a disgrace I will not be going bk there sorry to say its too depressing for me I’d rather manage my pain alone than experience a dirty place like that
