(as a service user),

I had some concerns about a lump I had found.  Managed to get an appointment at Tranent Medical Practice on the same day I tried and saw Dr Poulton.  

Very thorough and reassuring service provided.  Some tests to get done for further reassurance and clarity. 

Great, friendly service despite being a very busy practice.  Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback via Care Opinion. I am really pleased that you received such a thorough and reassuring service when visiting Tranent Medical Practice and Dr Poulton.

Most GP practices within NHS Lothian are independent contractors and therefore are not overseen by NHS Lothian Patient Experience Team. As the Practice is not on Care Opinion, I have emailed them a copy of your feedback. I would recommend contacting the Practice Manager if you have further feedback but I am sure the team will be delighted to hear you had such a positive experience at this time.
