"Biased Surgery"

I on their website filled in the form (lengthy one ) to register with the practice as I come withing the encachment area of the practice No Where Does It Say if I am registered with another practice in Bracknell I can't move to Evergreen but yet I have been denied registration.

Update info on your website before filling that you only registering certain type and not all .So that people don't share sensitive info and waste their time .

Words of surgery - Small surgery ,Can't cope with many........Then why take on new patients and be picky and choosy .
