(as the patient),

I required total hip replacement. The surgeon Mr Howieson & the theatre team were amazing.

The operation was explained to me in great detail , before during & after the procedure all staff were attentive & sensitive to my needs . 

Afterwards, the surgeon explained the need for the operation & check with me to see how I was feeling.

The anaesthetists during & after the surgery were extremely reassuring & Simon the anaesthetist who was with me throughout my procedure checked on me before he went home 

Recovery room nurse Heather was amazing & in the ward the staff were caring & attentive 

RSW Kerry was very professional, attentive & encouraging 

AMP Catherine was very professional, attentive & caring

We are very proud of all of our staff and it is reassuring to hear this sort of feedback which I will pass on to all those involve and the wider team - it really makes a difference for them.
