(as a relative),

Debbie and Beth from Perth Commuity alarm service came out recently, phoning as arranged, half an hour before to let me know they were on their way.  The two ladies were extremely friendly and efficient, with a lovely calming  and reassuring manner for my mum who didn't know what was going on. The equipment which Bruce arranged for us, with immense efficiency and excellent communication, was installed without problem and full explanation and testing.
