"Extremely friendly and gentle"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as the patient),

I had very good service from all the staff in this department.

The nurse (Kola) who prepared me for the procedure was extremely friendly and gentle and made me feel at ease.

The other nurses (sorry I didn't catch their names) during the procedure were also very nice and cheerful, which helped me a lot as I was a little apprehensive at the start.

Dr Diong was very patient with me and could not have been nicer.
