"In safe and good hands"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Craig Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was offered a cancellation for a  tonsillectomy. From the moment we received the phone call to offer the surgery, every single member of staff we encountered were both extremely professional, kind, caring and showed the utmost level of empathy.

This was my 8 year old's first hospital admission and everyone was so kind and friendly to him, it made the whole experience so much easier for him & us.

We really felt our son was in safe and good hands.

Thank you to each and every one of you.

Hi CCEP

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of the service provided by ENT and Craig Ward.

A hospital admission can be daunting for children so I am delighted to hear that your son felt he was in safe hands. Our team really do try to make every childs admission to hospital a positive one.

I hope your son is recovering well from his surgery and I wish him a speedy recovery.

Kind regards

Emma
