"Outstanding diabetic review"

My diabetic review conducted by the diabetic nurse was the best of its kind I have ever had. She did all the usual checks very professionally and then gave me a detailed review of the key factors in my diet and lifestyle which could be improved to lower my blood sugar. Finally she drew up for me a clear plan to follow as well as the information and incentive to do so, including a future review of my progress. Her knowledge and professionalism are exemplary, and her sense of really caring is outstanding. I came away ready to adapt further my approach to managing my diabetes and with the feeling that I had been treated with genuine concern for my health. I would like to thank her for her dedication to the review and the way it was conducted.
