"I can feel the benefit in my knees already"

I recently attended Escape from Pain at the Physio department at Bideford Community Hospital. This was a 6 week programme using equipment in the gym. I wanted to go to this group session as I felt it would be beneficial seeing and hearing from others with knee or hip pain.

Oh my, I loved it and got so much out of it and enjoyed interacting with others in the group. The physio's were excellent and took time to go through the various pieces of equipment. A the end of the programme I felt confident enough to use similar equipment at my village hall's small but well run gym.

I go at least twice a week as I did when attending the hospital and enjoy it. Thank you for putting on this programme, I can feel the benefit in my knees already.
