(as a service user),

Extremely grateful for the amazing care my daughter received when attending the minor injuries service today. We were welcomed by a friendly receptionist and were seen quickly. Laura, the clinician who provided outstanding care, treated my daughter with respect and dignity. The collaborative approach helped my daughter to feel at ease and turn what could have been a difficult experience into something positive.
