What an absolutely fantastic service to now have at Altnagelvin. I attended with my young son and the friendly and efficient staff made my son feel so at ease whilst he was receiving treatment for a fracture to his thumb.
Kieran was so helpful, i'd like to thank him for his kindness and professionalism.
Also sending our appreciation to all of the other staff at the unit, from the moment that we walked through the door we were warmly greeted by those at reception.
The radiographers also had such a warm and friendly approach which all helped to make my son feel at ease. We are truly grateful for the level of care we received.
